This is a beautiful toner housed in an old PCGS rattler holder from the late 1980s. This piece has powdery rainbow toning over the entire obverse, quite reminiscent of Easter-egg colors. The obverse surfaces are PQ for the grade, and the reverse is even cleaner with a hint of color around the periphery.
