How this coin isn't graded PL we have no idea. The obverse is boldly prooflike, borderline DMPL, with phenomenal green color covering the entire surface. The green is highlighted by fuchsia and blue making for an incredibly dramatic look. Like most PL toners, when you pop this one into the light the colors turn from deep and mysterious to bright neon headlights! Wow! The reverse has nice mirrors to it as well, although not as strong as the obverse which might be the only thing that held it back from a PL designation. That being said, when you see this one in hand it looks every bit of PL and the obverse is jaw dropping. It's very tough to find full-obverse greenies, and this is the first example we have seen with prooflike mirrors to boot.
